A: Yes, the numbers are 01-4621639 and 01-4614029.

Q: Can I also buy the phones at the Support Centre?
A: Yes you can.

Q: What is the Warranty period on the Anabel phones?
A: All Anabel phones comes with 12 months warranty period.

Q: What is the meaning of warranty and out of warranty problem?
A: Warranty problems are faults that are not caused by the customer but can be attributed as manufacturer defectives e.g software problems, etc. While out of warranty are faults caused by the customer during the usage of the phone especially physical damages e.g. broken screen, broken charging pot, etc.

Q: What is the turnaround time of your repairs?
A: We have a turnaround time (TAT) of 48hours but if the phone cannot be fixed within 48hours, the customer will be duely informed.
